Having travelled throughout the wine regions of France for many years, the Sellers decided it was time to retire. Why not build our own French Chateau in another world class wine region, Sonoma County's Alexander Valley? After looking for a few years, a magnificent 10 acre parcel with expansive vineyard views became available. They hired the local, world renowned architect, Robert C Zinkhan and 15 months later the Chateau Bois de L'Est was unveiled.
