Shannon was born and raised in Sonoma County. She has extensive knowledge of the local landscape, neighborhoods, culture, and real estate market. Shannon has over four years & over 100 transactions of real estate experience. Her expertise is brand management, real estate marketing & team operations. Shannon weaves together her skills of interpersonal communication, creative design, and administrative organization to create an experience for our clients that is straightforward and enjoyable. Shannon believes real estate is much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about building community connections, supporting grassroots organizations, and advocating for sustainable housing practices. Beyond Real Estate, Shannon serves on the Board & Site Committee for Vilda Nature, is a Creeks Steward with the City of Santa Rosa, and facilitates community hikes & dance/yoga events. She lives in East Santa Rosa with her husband and enjoys outdoor adventures with her dog, exploring new places, and collaborating on creative projects with family & friends.
